Roles in Reform -- CKF's Guide to Opportunities for Outreach and Enrollment
CKF has compiled an easy to use informational page on the various opportunities that organizations will have to provide outreach, application assistance, and enrollment under health reform. "Roles in Reform: Colorado's Health Reform Opportunities for In-Person Medicaid and CHP+ Outreach and Enrollment" briefly describes the roles, oversight agencies, funding availability, and maps where to find more information. The document is based on available information and is subject to change as developments occur. CKF hopes that the outreach and enrollment community will use the document as a reference as you plan for the coming changes and strategize on how to best serve families in your community.

The court ruled that states that do not expand Medicaid as the law intended cannot be penalized by withholding all Federal Medicaid funding, only funding for the expanded access.
