- The US Department of Health and Human Services launched www.Healthcare.gov to provide easy-to-use information about health coverage options for consumers, including health care quality, prevention, the health care reform bill, insurance choices by state, community health centers, and other safety net providers. Consumers are able to tailor information to their location and demographics by entering in their zip code or age (e.g. to get information specific to seniors).

Medical Services Board - This board has the authority to adopt rules that govern the Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) programs. The board meets the second Friday of each month to adopt rules and listen to public comment.

Enrollment Strategic Assessment Report - Commissioned by The Colorado Health Foundation, this assessment identifies a feasible set of strategic options to change Colorado's eligibility and enrollment system to meet requirements of the new federal health care reform agenda, which includes a shift to a "culture of coverage." The research, analysis, and report was developed by Rebound Strategies. An Advisory Committee and stakeholder feedback was engaged throughout the entire process.
